Introduction

My name is Mike Hikade and My wife is Donna. We decided to start this blog in order to communicate our life struggles with cancer, multi organ transplantation, as well as family issues and how our faith in Jesus Christ has brought us through these problems. It has not been easy, and life isn’t perfect, however I’ve found that a lot of people live in a silo, what I mean is that most persons go through things in life, and keep them to themselves, and don’t share. I would like to tear the walls down and start a meaningful conversation and help each other through prayer, Bible and support. Leaning on each other and especially on God will help us all to be stronger.
